A note from the maker
I wanted a reason to stop, look up, and notice the small good thing in front of me, and to keep it.
Reflectar started as a habit before it was an app. On busy days I'd point my phone at something ordinary (light on a wall, steam off a mug) and try to find a few words for it. It slowed me down in the best way.
So I built the tool I wished I had: something that meets you where you are, asks for three breaths, and hands you a small poem to keep. No feeds, no numbers to chase. Just you, the moment, and a quiet keepsake at the end of it.
I hope it gives you a softer minute in your day.
